					Ingredients
- 200g sweet fermented rice
 - 500ml water
 - 1 egg, beaten
 - A handful of goji berries
 - Sugar, if needed
 
Directions
- Step 1
 - Boil water and goji berries. Add fermented rice in before boiling.
 - Step 2
 - Slowly pour the egg in. Mix it well after the egg turns solid.
 - Step 3
 - Remove from heat after the soup boiling. Don’t cook for too long if you like the alcohol aroma.
 - Step 4
 - Add in sugar based on your taste and serve.
